2011 Dodge Charger R/T Max Police NYC Police Skins
by Naruto 607

These are my own made skins for Spidereon's 2011 Dodge Charger R/T Max Police.
For the NYPD skin, it was ripped off from Yakadafi's original NYPD Skin for his
2012 Dodge Charger NYPD, with numbers and NYPD Logo tweak, so all credits of
that goes to him.

Almost like the real one though, but idk much about DoHS police car paintjobs
or the highly detailed NYPD police car paintjobs because I'm Indonesian.

How to Install:
1.	Extract this archive to Desktop or any folder that you can easily
	remember.
2.	Install Spidereon's 2011 Dodge Charger R/T Max Police to your GTA IV or
	EFLC (replace it as noose).
	You can find one on Kottons Chop Shop (www.kotschopshop.com) or here:
	http://www.gta4-mods.com/vehicles/2011-dodge-charger-rt-max-police-els-f19414

	Note: It might be a good idea if you have Jotov_24's The Evolved Car
		Pack v3 for GTA IV and EFLC (I use it in my GTA IV, although
		EFLC in v1.1.1.0 didn't work well). It's optional, however.

3.	Use these lines in corresponding files to get the mod car work in game.
	Note that these lines are from original mod vehicle lines. I just add
	NOOSE at its lines.

carcols.dat
This police car have 4 different colors (but I made the skins stay on white)
so find the noose line, add "#" without quotations before it and add this
at car4 line:
noose, 113,113,113,113

ELS.ini
This car uses the ELS function for the siren lights. Note that you must do
things carefully when you have Lt. Caine's ELS v6 in game, because this
version, according to me, is unstable to some people in the world.

Replace the [ NOOSE ] line you found in the INI file with this:

[ NOOSE ]

Active = 1
Halogen_Only = 0
Color_Light1L = 0
Color_Light2L = 0
Color_Light3R = 1
Color_Light4R = 1
Color_Light7L = 2
Color_Light8C = 2
Color_Light9R = 2
Offst_SLights = 0

OR if you also install this in EFLC as Police3, replace the [ POLICE3 ] line
you found in the INI file with this:

[ POLICE3 ] // EFLC

Active = 1
Halogen_Only = 0
Color_Light1L = 0
Color_Light2L = 0
Color_Light3R = 1
Color_Light4R = 1
Color_Light7L = 2
Color_Light8C = 2
Color_Light9R = 2
Offst_SLights = 0

4.	Access noose.wtd with SparkIV or OpenIV, then import srt8_sign_1 to
	srt8_sign_4 from the extracted archive.
	Import also policelaptop file. This is required for realism if
	you have NYPD Computer Mod by gorgonut installed.
5.	You can also pick the skins you like from the More Skins folder.
	They are available in 2048x2048 resolution and 1024x1024 resolution.
6.	Once done, save, rebuild if necessary, and exit.
7.	Start up the game and test it out.

Well, after 30 days of reupload prohibition on that car mod, it's time for me
to develop your own paintjob numbers with presenting you 3 .cdr files and a
plain version + vehicle template of NYPD, DoHS-Federal Protective Service, and
DoHS-Customs and Borders Protection skins.

However, those paintjob numbers you edit are for personal use only, but you can
publish this mod anywhere else with Spidereon's 2011 Dodge Charger R/T Max
Police car mod if you like by keeping all files in the archive intact,
crediting me, and not claiming this mod as your own.

If you need improvise on this mod, ask me before doing it. It's not much,
however, but let's just say that you don't get involved with ehm... sorry
"crimes" that caused from my mod.

If you are interested in Photoshop, use the plain version one with template.
If you are interested in CorelDRAW (recommend CorelDRAW X5), you can follow
these steps:

A. Editing numbers for NYPD
1.	Open Charger 2012 SP Skin.cdr with CorelDRAW X5.
2.	After the images loaded, select the object and Ungroup (Ctrl+U).
3.	Use the template image from the Plain Version folder to help you
	assigning your own numbers (for realism, trunk position will be the
	best position, just like the CVPI one in the real NYC).
4.	Remove the number 3604 and cover in white using rectangle that number
	again next to "46 PCT".
5.	Create your own number using Arial Narrow font. Pick the NYPD blue
	color from the words or lines of the paintjob using the Color
	Eyedropper Tool and apply it on the number you have created.
	Note: After you passed this step, you can select that color again when
		you have created another number you like (Document Palette
		must active).
6.	Apply the numbers on trunk (large one) and next to "46 PCT" (create a
	gap next to it, but don't get touched with the end).
	The numbers on trunk and next to "46 PCT" must be in 4-digit, and must
	be separated with a space (on trunk only).
7.	Once done, Select all objects, Group them (Press Ctrl+A then Ctrl+G),
	and Export it (File -> Export, or Ctrl+E). Save the file in PNG or JPG
	format with any name you like in 2048x2048 or 1024x1024 resolution.
8.	Do the steps 4 to 7 on the How to Install procedure to test the skin
	in your own numbers.

B. Editing numbers for Federal Protective Service (DoHS)
1.	Open Charger 2012 SP FSS Skin.cdr with CorelDRAW X5.
2.	After the images loaded, select the object and Ungroup (Ctrl+U).
3.	Select the object with numbers (in this case, 59355) and change them
	with any 5-digit number you like (there are two of them).
4.	Select the object with 3-digit numbers (in this case, 355) and change
	it with the last three numbers you have inserted from the 5-digit
	number (e.g. you have typed 00123, so pick the last three numbers from
	it, which in this case, it's 123).
5.	Once done, Select all objects, Group them (Press Ctrl+A then Ctrl+G),
	and Export it (File -> Export, or Ctrl+E). Save the file in PNG or JPG
	format with any name you like in 2048x2048 or 1024x1024 resolution.
6.	Do the steps 4 to 7 on the How to Install procedure to test the skin
	in your own numbers.

C. Editing numbers for U.S. Customs and Borders Protection (DoHS)
1.	Open Charger 2012 SP Custom-Borders Skin.cdr with CorelDRAW X5.
2.	After the images loaded, select the object and Ungroup (Ctrl+U).
3.	Select the object with numbers and a letter "E" in the beginning
	(in this case, E315244) and change them with any 6-digit number you
	like. Keep the "E" letter at the beginning before inserting.
4.	Select the object with 3-digit numbers (in this case, 244) and change
	it with the last three numbers you have inserted from the 6-digit
	number (e.g. you have typed E000111, so pick the last three numbers
	from it, which in this case, it's 111) (there are two of them).

Well that's it. Enjoy while it lasts and don't get into trouble, gents.
